Our Story

Tatsu was the brainchild of .ange. and Tommy Nadeau, who fell in love with Tokyo and its lively ramen scene. Tatsu's iconic taste started with .ange. recipes in her home kitchen, which was then perfected by ramen experts flown in from Japan so they can be customized to personal tastes and preferences. Meat lovers, vegan, and gluten-free foodies can now enjoy a hearty bowl of ramen side by side happily. The umami broths are made in-house daily from scratch and takes at least 14 hours - keeping the good ol' tradition of labor of love.

"Tatsu" means dragon and opened its doors in 2012, the year of the dragon.

Our Menu

Our secret (or not-so-secret) recipe: Broth made fresh daily right in front of you for at least 14 hours. Pork chashu simmered to perfection. Seasoned soft-boiled egg, firm on the outside, soft and gooey on the inside. Marry that with noodles cooked perfectly al dente and you have a ramen bowl so good you have to come back for seconds!
